Capacity Building
GFF's Capacity Building practice group is committed to strengthen the internal capacity of organizations that serve the LGBT community. To that end we offer various capacity building training and technical assistance resources to organizatins and corporations. Our capacity building resources included: fiscal management, grants management, organizational development, board development, operational efficiencies, corporate compliance and revenue enhancement.
Healthcare
GFF's Healthcare practice group is dynamic division within the company and provides technical assistance, education training, e-learning, evaluation and program design/implementation to corporations. The practice group currently provides the program support grants of Capcity Building and Community Education to the Baltimore EMA's Ryan White Title I Program. In this endeavor GFF is partnering with Baltimore City Health Department, Associated Black Charities and the Greater BaltimorePlanning Council to ensure that community providers with the Ryan White Title I service continuum receive technical assistance in capacity building. Moreover, GFF provides community education services to the Baltimore EMA including educational seminars on HIV/AIDs awareness, outreach services at community events and implementing Stanford University Positive Self Management program.
Legal Services

Part of that process is having a one-on-one counseling session with an attorney to assist in preparing any necessary legal documents to protect you and your family. This includes preparation of:
Living Wills • Provide the ability to protect personal property and real property. These documents ensure that your possessions are willed to or inherited by your designated loved one(s).
Estate Planning • Assistance in creating legal securities concerning your estate and/or assets.
Durable Power of Attorney • Creates a binding legal relationship with a partner or loved one, allowing them the legal ability to manage various critical decisions on your behalf and under any circumstances.
Durable Power of Medical Attorney • Creates a binding legal relationship with a partner or loved one, allowing them the ability to make medical decisions on your behalf and to allow medical visitation rights for couples.
Adoption Petition • Provide legal support and documentation necessary to ensure a successful adoptive process.
